Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA Group) is a group of companies engaged in oil palm plantations and mills. BGA Group is one of the Harita Group's business division, which originated from the acquisition of PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (RTC) in 1997. Along with the addition of new companies in 2004 formed a group of companies under the management of PT Agro Bumitama Gunajaya later known as BGA Group.
Currently BGA Group operates in four provinces, namely Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau. BGA Group business unit consists of 46 oil palm estates (Estates) covering an area of 141 254 ha (Planted Area) and six palm oil mills (Mills) with a total capacity of 405 tons / hour (achievement data as of December 2012). BGA Group is committed not just to build the estate, but rather build a plantation community in Indonesia, along with palm oil farmers who are business partners.
BGA Group continually strive to deliver quality products with efficient and effective. The consequences of such determination is to empower all employees to innovate and structured continuous improvement by implementing Total Quality Management.
